Relay race
We all line up behind cones and wait for the race to begin, suddenly... WHOOSH! The first runners begin to sprint, they pass the battens onto their partners and then they pass the battens onto their partners and so on until they get to the end. We each move spaces when the batten gets passed to us, and that is how we played it ( it was really fun.)Tug Of War
The syndicate sat down in their house groups and waited for their turn in the tug of war, "Te Arawa & Tokomaru," shouted a teacher. We were really nervous, could we do it? Both teams tug at the rope like crazy, one team is winning no the other one suddenly Te Arawa grabs the rope and tugs it. "The winners are Te Arawa," Screams the teacher "YAY!!!" bellows Te Arawa.
